A shipment is accepted only after Goodway confirms the service, route, price, timings and applicable conditions in writing. Carrier rules, measurements, customs requirements and other operational factors may change an estimate.

Our Incoterms® page is a practical overview of the ICC Incoterms® 2020 rules. It does not replace the official ICC rules or advice for a specific transaction. The agreed rule, named place and edition should be stated clearly in the relevant sales contract.
